Gift Guide for Healthy Women

We all have at least one friend or family member who has everything, which makes Christmas a real challenge.

To make things a little easier this year, I pulled together a list of functional but pretty gift ideas for your healthy eating and workout loving friends.

These will be useful AND look great on her counter/in her gym bag!

Iced Coffee Maker ($30):

If she loves iced coffee (I personally drink it year-round), this is the perfect solution!

It chills coffee without using ice, so it won’t dilute the flavor. All in one minute!

An added bonus is that this also works for tea, juice, wine, or mocktails - it’s a helper for your morning and your evening routines!

Pink and Gold Utensil Set with Holder ($40):

Whether she’s an aspiring chef or an old pro in the kitchen, these are so gorgeous that they’ll make her want to spend even more time in the kitchen!

Even if she already has a full set of kitchen utensils, this is necessary. I loved this so much that I put all mine in a drawer just to showcase this on the counter!

The pieces are surprisingly durable, and while they can go in the dishwasher, I recommend hand washing more often than not.

They also come in white and red if pink is not her color of choice. Not all of us is Elle Woods!

White and Gold Kitchen Gadget Set ($30):

And if she has all the spoons and spatulas that she can manage but wants a little bling, try this gold and white set of additional tools, including a can opener, garlic press, and more!

Foot Wraps for Barre, Pilates, or Yoga ($18):

I have been doing barre for 9 years (including teaching!), and foot wraps are my number one game-changer.

Grippy socks are great, but I love the added ability for my toes to actually make contact with the floor. It helps with balance and with making a mind-body connection!

I throw mine in the washer every month or two then run through the dryer in a lingerie bag. They last forever, so they’re a great investment that will change her barre game at only $18!

Fruit Infuser Water Bottle ($20):

Even if she has no problem getting her daily hydration, this makes drinking plain old water a lot more fun and delicious. This bottle contains four glasses of water and is BPA-free. You put fruit in the middle compartment, and it infuses your water with flavor.

While it seems easy to put together fruit combinations, I don’t always make the best smoothies, so I appreciate the fact that this also comes with a recipe book for optimal fruit combinations!

And as someone who hates washing dishes, I can assure you that this one is pretty easy.

Palm-Frond Printed Yoga Mat ($48):

I am of the belief that it is impossible to own too many yoga mats. I also have a weird thing where I hate boring ones.

And even if she doesn’t use yoga, everyone needs a yoga mat. Barre, Pilates, even boot camp pretty much requires them. This one is really cute with a tropical print that is easily wiped clean.

Reusable Kate Spade Shopping Bag/Lunch Bag with Matching Storage Pouch ($20):

This is great obviously for farmers’ markets and bringing home groceries.

However, I eat breakfast in the office in addition to lunch. That means I pack a lot of food when I’m in the office, so it doesn’t fit in a regular size lunchbox.

This has become my go-to lunchbox for the office since it fits breakfast, lunch, and snacks. You need snacks especially if you’re working out at lunch!

Also, doesn’t a little Kate Spade whimsy brighten up even mundane things?

Food/Fitness/Wellness Tracker ($29):

It’s just a fact that we can get a better sense of our eating habits and monitor fitness progress when we write it down.

When something is in black and white, we have to be accountable. Plus, we can celebrate our victories (I remember when I was able to finally do a 5 minute plank!)

This one is pretty and wellness-focused overall. Because if you’re keeping track of nutrition and fitness, it’s more fun in a whimsical package with stickers and bright colors!

Cali’Flour Kitchen Cookbook ($9):

This is, hands down, my favorite cookbook right now. If she is looking to eat more produce and get creative ingredients, this is for her!

Cali’Flour has some of the best cauliflower pizza crusts, but as this book shows you, they can be used as far more than pizza crusts! I never thought of using them as panini bread until I picked this up (for a very reasonable price)!

In addition to pizza crust recipes, there are lots of cauliflower rice recipes. With cauliflower rice now a mainstream ingredient in every supermarket’s frozen aisle, she’ll (or, let’s face it, you’ll, since you should get one too!) be inspired by all the creative ways to use this versatile vegetable.

Getting your 10 servings a day just got easier!

SPACE SAVER: Handheld Spiralizer ($10):

And speaking of getting your veggies, spiralizing them is a great way to get more. I used to have one of those big ones that suction cupped to the counter, but now that I sold my condo and have a smaller kitchen, space is at a premium.

If you have minimal storage space but want to spiralize your own veggies (because they don’t sell spiralized cucumbers or sweet potatoes for the most part), this little bad boy is clutch.

It’s easy to use - I thought my hand would cramp up using it, but it hasn’t - and it takes up almost no space in my already crowded kitchen drawers.

And the best part is that it’s dishwasher safe.

Quick and Healthy Spiralized Cookbook ($15):

If you are new to the spiral veggie trend (I am admittedly one of those because I hated my old spiralizer so much), you might be looking for inspiration!

This all started with zucchini noodles (I refuse to call them zoodles) with marinara, but there is SO much more that you can do!

How about a spiralized cucumber with a spicy garlic chili sauce? Topped with roasted tofu? Okay that one is my recipe (sign up in the box for more!), but this cookbook has a TON of good ideas!

This is a great way to easily add more veggies into your daily diet, so treat her to a healthy new year!

I hope this helps you check some gifts off your list…including some for yourself!
